The Samaya Royal Courtyard Villas are located across the street from the existing villas, each with their own full-size private swimming pool, modern, fashionable and chic interior, self contained entrance and the assurance of privacy.

Each of the spacious new courtyard villas vary between 300 to 600 square meters in size with a private lap pool with a minimum size of 11 meters in length and a generous greenery of outdoor garden complimented with a wooden gazebo which may double as day bed or intimate private dining area.

The Royal Courtyard Villas come with minimum size lap pools of 11 meters up to 22 meters, iPod sound docking station, free mini bar, and fast speed internet, plug and play and Wi-Fi the property is also complete with fitness centre, Brasserie restaurant, bar and huge pool.

5. Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast for two at Pool Villa and One-Bedroom Royal Pavilion and for four at Two-Bedroom Royal Pavilion.
6. Check in time is 14.00 hrs and check out time is 12.00 noon.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

a. Low Season:
In the event of cancellation 3 (three) days prior to arrival date, No Show as well as Early Departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation.
b. High Season:
• In the event of cancellation 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation.
• In the event of cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 2 (two) nights accommodation.
• No show as well as early departure will be subject to full room night charge.
