Do you offer further discounts for travel industry staffs, students and senior citizens?

Our rates are already discounted, no additional discount is possible.

Is the room I wish to book available?

Hotel room availability is informed after we check with the hotels.
Confirmation is subject to availability at time your reservation request is processed.

Can you guarantee availability for a particular date?

As we process reservations requests on first come first served basis, we cannot guarantee availability during your enquiry. We can only confirm availability after your reservation is processed.

How do I make a reservation?
A:
Step 1 : Firstly, select the hotel or any things you wish to book.
Step 2 : Fill in your particulars as required by the form.
Step 3 : Click on the Make Reservation button. You will see the Thank You page once your details are successfully transmitted to Bali-koe.com Reservation Officers. Subsequently, we will email to notify that we are currently processing your reservation request. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will email the confirmation details.
Q:
What is the cancel deadline for my booking?

Please contact us to see the hotel Cancel and Amend Policy. We will inform and states clearly the number of days required before check-in.

What is the cancel penalty?
A:
This varies from hotel to hotel. If you breach the Hotel Cancel Policy, most hotels would charge your credit card, which is normally one night for every room booked. In certain cases, the hotel will request the deposit. Please contact us to see the Hotel Cancel Policy for further information. Bali-koe.com itself does not charge any penalties for reservations that are cancelled in any way.

How do I cancel my reservation?
A:
Send us a email or fax to cancel your reservation. Please note that we are unable to cancel booking through the telephone. This is to avoid any misunderstanding relating to your booking.

What is the "No Show" penalty?
A:
If you do not cancel your booking and fail to arrive at the hotel, your credit card will usually be charged one night for every room booked. Please contact us to see the Hotel Cancel Policy for further information.
